We believe that there are many questions when it comes to visit in clinic. Below we give answer to the some common question asked by our patients, we hope that this will help. Q 1- Can I visit in urgent care clinic with prior appointment?
A 1- Yes, you can ask for appointment on Phone No.9958172727.

Q 2- Can I come for vaccination & routine health check-up in urgent care
         clinic?

A 2- Yes, you can come for vaccination & routine health check-up in
          urgent care clinic but we encourage healthy children to visit
          separately in well child clinic as there is risk of exposure to sick
          children in urgent care clinic.

Q 3- Where are doctors available after clinic timings?
A 3- Dr H P Singh is available 11.15am-12.30pm –Yashoda hospital,
         Kaushambi. 1.00pm- 2.00 pm -Chandralaxmi hospital, Vaishali. Dr
         Nirupma Singh is available in Chandralaxmi hospital, Vaishali After
        12.00 noon (for emergency patients only).

Q 4- Where & how can we meet doctors in emergency condition?
A 4- You can use emergency helpline no. for emergency conditions For
         child emergency/hospital care-9810703588 For women
         emergency/hospital care-9818012727 Our doctors will see you soon
         in associated hospitals.

Q 5- I have shown my child few days back and he is not getting better,
          what should I do?

A 5- Clinic welcomes such follow-up patients for earliest re-examination.
         If patient develops any kind of new problem during treatment or
         some problem persists even after 2 days of regular treatment,
         patient can revisit doctors without paying consultation fees upto
         next 4 days i.e. total 5 days including day of paid visit.

Q 6- Can I get or prescribed intravenous injectable treatment at clinic in
         sick condition?

A 6- Generally intravenous injections are required in complicated disease
         conditions & it is safe to be given in supervised conditions,in like
         hospitals, after getting admission.

Q 7- I have mediclaim policy, can I utilise it for my treatment?
A 7- Yes, clinic doctor are associated to hospitals which honour all
         mediclaim panels for cashless treatment but OPD treatment and
         vaccination facilities are not covered in it except policy holders of
         hyegia care insurance.

Q 8- Can I talk to doctors during night hours?
A 8- Our emergency /hospital care help lines are open 24 hours and all
         calls are attended by consultant doctors himself or her self, but it
         should be restricted to informing that I am in urgent need and ready
         to show my child/patients in associated hospitals.
